Pre-approved Sub-processors

Perry AI uses third-party services to provide the platform. Where those services process personal data contained in Subscriber Content on Perry AI’s behalf, they are engaged as sub-processors under the Data Processing Agreement. For each sub-processor, Perry AI applies the principle of least privilege: each system receives only the minimum data required to fulfil its purpose.

Note on AI model providers: Anthropic, Google (Gemini/Vertex AI), OpenAI, and other AI model providers receive Subscriber Content via API solely to generate outputs. Their API terms confirm that data submitted via API is not used to train or improve their models. These providers are listed as sub-processors in accordance with GDPR Article 28. Perry AI does not accept liability on their behalf; the limitations of liability in the General Terms and Conditions apply.
Infrastructure sub-processors (e.g. database and storage providers such as MongoDB Atlas): Perry AI will provide at least 14 days’ prior written notice before engaging a new infrastructure sub-processor, by updating this page. Subscribers may object in accordance with clause 4.2 of the Data Processing Agreement.
AI model providers: Perry AI regularly uses, tests, and switches between AI model providers in the ordinary course of operating and improving the Services. Perry AI will keep this list updated to reflect which providers are in active use, but does not provide prior notice of, and Subscribers have no right to object to, changes to AI model providers, provided all such providers are bound by API terms confirming that Subscriber data is not used for model training.
